“A small space to pull together a mix of art + objects that reflects the colors and textures, feel and spirit of the Outer Cape. Out here we seek out the nature-inspired and the hand-worked – we value the time-tested and the weather-worn. Here we embody that unique mix of historic and modernist sensibilities. Inspired by this, we have gathered artists and makers that deeply work their mediums, show the complexities of process, and reach bold, calming, modern shapes.” – Chris Nagle

Outermost Home features the inspired paintings of six artists, each of whom bring diverse inspiration and experiences to their work, using texture, light, colors, and a variety of surfaces to capture the ephemeral - the feeling of being in nature. Priced from $700-$4,800.

Outermost Home features a beautiful array of homemade pottery. From Blue Pheasant, where each piece is made to be mixed and matched—patterns on patterns, color on color, unexpected pieces that fall perfectly into place, time and time again. Lauren HB, as both a sculptor and potter, brings the same sensibility to her functional dinnerware and vases as she does to her sculptural commissions. Inspired by the landscape of the Outer Cape, Lori Moreau's work evokes the sand, sky and sea and often incorporates sea glass she finds on the beach.  “Birlow Ceramics” is a collaboration of partners Bill Hudnut and Thom Graves. Their studio is nestled in the Adirondack woods near a mountain lake, and the natural environment serves as inspiration for their current line of functional ceramics.

Handcrafted by Spencer Peterman in Massachusetts, our wooden bowls are works of art and highly functional. Every bowl is made from wood from felled trees received from local tree services. Each bowl is a unique handmade object which is turned on a lathe by hand then finely sanded and sealed with all natural products including tung oil, carnauba wax, milk paint, or vinegar. Bowls are priced from $80-$545.

The Outermost chair is a loving homage to the archetypal Adirondack chair designed by Thomas Lee in 1903. That first chair has spawned a thousand imitators, but Outermost founder Chris Nagle wanted to return to the elegant, dynamic form of the original to produce a timeless chair lasting for generations. Each Outermost chair is crafted of solid sapele mahogany with stainless steel hardware and top quality finishes.  Crafted by Cape Associates in Eastham, MA. Priced from $975-$1,375.
